Meet Our Team

Howdy, my name is Charles Krouse. I was raised in northeastern Pennsylvania and spent my childhood and college years working on my father's pig farm. Today, his small business sells thousands of pigs every year and has a strong reputation in the New England area for providing the highest quality organic pork. I'm proud to have helped my father grow his business from a single pink spotted pig to one of the largest and most reputable fully organic pig farms in the eastern U.S.

After graduating at the top of my engineering class from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), I worked at a research and development firm in San Antonio, Texas, where I managed all of the operations and strategy for one of the aerospace industry's primary software platforms. Whenever I fly aboard a commercial aircraft or see a fighter jet, I’m filled with pride that I helped design and advance the technology for their engines.

Now, I want to return to my roots and work with small businesses. With a background in farming, professional experience as an aerospace engineer and management consultant, and equipped with the education and network from a top-tier MBA program, I am prepared to acquire, run, and grow a small business.
