Krouse Capital is a mission-based entrepreneurial investment firm. Our goal is to steward small businesses and serve people. We are dedicated to benefitting local communities, stewarding financial and non-financial resources, and providing unmatched integrity in our operations. We believe that this approach is best not only for long-term business success but also because it's what the Lord commands. Our thesis is to worship the Lord first and foremost, and to do so by combining deep technical expertise with business leadership. â€‹â€‹

Professional cyclist for 2 years; competed in 200+ races across the continental United States. Had 3 wins and 13 top-ton finishes. Learned a lot about what it takes to compete at the top level, but decided to retire in order to focus on a career in engineering and business. 

Lamb's Machine Works

Owner and CEO of Lamb's Machine Works, which repaired industrial equipment and provided critical manufacturing services throughout the mid-south (TN, AR, MS).

We achieved excellent financial returns upon exiting the business: +50% EBITDA growth, 65x MOIC, less than 2 years of ownership. â€‹

Southwest Research Institute

(2016 - 2022)

Subject matter expert in jet engine design. Engineering Directory who led a team that designed, manufactured, and tested jet engines and their individual components for all major aviation and aerospace companies.

Also led engineering projects in the oil & gas and power generation industries. We supported over 300 organizations and had $30mm annual revenue
